Business Coaching – 6 sessions

Move from career chaos to clear action
Bring structure to your professional situation, make important decisions, and start creating change in a way that is aligned with who you are, your goals, and your real-life capacity.

About the process

Business coaching is a one-to-one development process for people who want to take a closer look at their professional situation, regain clarity, and move from reflection to action.

Across six sessions, we focus on what matters most to you right now: changing career direction, building confidence in action, navigating your professional role, communication, boundaries, overload, or a decision you have been postponing. The direction of the process is shaped by your goals, resources, and current context—not by a pre-set formula.

You can begin coaching as a standalone process or use it as a follow-on to the Workplace Big Five Profile, EQ-i 2.0, or the Maslach Burnout Toolkit. Assessment results can provide an additional point of reference, but they do not replace your own goals or perspective.

Does this sound like you?

  • I know I want a change, but I cannot decide where to begin.
  • I have many options, plans, and ideas, yet I find it difficult to turn them into consistent action.
  • I am facing an important professional decision and need space to think it through calmly.
  • I want to work effectively without sacrificing my wellbeing, relationships, or the values that matter to me.
  • I find it difficult to set boundaries, communicate my needs, or avoid taking on too much.
  • I want to strengthen my confidence, influence, communication, or the way I function in professional relationships.
  • I have an assessment report and want to use its insights consciously in my everyday decisions and work.

  • Better use of your own resources, strengths, and experience in pursuing your goals.

FAQ

Your order does not include access to the questionnaire alone. The price includes registration on the assessment publisher’s licensed platform, an individual invitation to the assessment, processing of the results, and a mandatory consultation during which we discuss the report and practical takeaways.

Once the order is paid, we register the participant on the publisher’s licensed platform and send an individual link to the questionnaire.

You will receive the link at the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure you enter the correct email address for the person who will be completing the assessment.

Assessments are conducted on licensed platforms provided by their publishers. Each invitation is prepared individually and assigned to a specific person and report type. This ensures the process is structured, secure, and compliant with tool usage standards.

The publishers of the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ and EQ-i 2.0® have not yet released official Polish-language versions of these questionnaires. Therefore, you will complete the form on the publisher’s licensed platform in the original English version or another available language.

Note: The Maslach Burnout Toolkit™ is available in Polish.

To help you answer comfortably and accurately, you can receive a Polish translation of the questions as reference material. Please note, however, that the final report will always be generated in the language in which the assessment is completed (e.g., an English questionnaire will yield an English report).

The report is not a simple evaluation or an automatic action plan. It contains scales, indicators, and correlations that require proper interpretation and alignment with the assessment goal, role, and current professional situation.

The debrief is mandatory because it ensures data validity, clarifies meaning, and translates results into practical insights. It is also part of the usage standards set by assessment publishers, which require professional administration, interpretation, and feedback provided by a qualified practitioner. In the case of EQ-i 2.0, delivering professional debrief feedback is emphasized as a best practice in ethical and professional standards.

No. You will receive the report and results on the day of the debrief.

Attempting to interpret the report independently can be misleading. Assessments feature scales, indicators, and interdependencies that require knowledge of the specific tool and its application to be correctly understood. First, we review the results together, relating them to your goal and professional context, and then you receive the report.

No. The debrief serves to review the report, structure key insights, and outline possible next steps.

Business coaching is a separate, in-depth service. It is an ongoing process focused on working toward a selected goal and implementing real-world changes.

Yes. Results are confidential and discussed primarily with the participant. If the assessment is conducted for a company or team, we clearly establish the objective, data access rules, and the scope of information that may be shared with the organization prior to starting the process.

Results, reports, and participant data within the tools are strictly treated as confidential information.
