Assessments are conducted on licensed platforms provided by their publishers. Each invitation is prepared individually and assigned to a specific person and report type. This ensures the process is structured, secure, and compliant with tool usage standards.
The publishers of the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ and EQ-i 2.0® have not yet released official Polish-language versions of these questionnaires. Therefore, you will complete the form on the publisher’s licensed platform in the original English version or another available language.
Note: The Maslach Burnout Toolkit™ is available in Polish.
To help you answer comfortably and accurately, you can receive a Polish translation of the questions as reference material. Please note, however, that the final report will always be generated in the language in which the assessment is completed (e.g., an English questionnaire will yield an English report).
The report is not a simple evaluation or an automatic action plan. It contains scales, indicators, and correlations that require proper interpretation and alignment with the assessment goal, role, and current professional situation.
The debrief is mandatory because it ensures data validity, clarifies meaning, and translates results into practical insights. It is also part of the usage standards set by assessment publishers, which require professional administration, interpretation, and feedback provided by a qualified practitioner. In the case of EQ-i 2.0, delivering professional debrief feedback is emphasized as a best practice in ethical and professional standards.
No. You will receive the report and results on the day of the debrief.
Attempting to interpret the report independently can be misleading. Assessments feature scales, indicators, and interdependencies that require knowledge of the specific tool and its application to be correctly understood. First, we review the results together, relating them to your goal and professional context, and then you receive the report.
No. The debrief serves to review the report, structure key insights, and outline possible next steps.
Business coaching is a separate, in-depth service. It is an ongoing process focused on working toward a selected goal and implementing real-world changes.
